About Us


  • NKBT implements its projects with the active support of a sponsors and well wishers through the facilities available at unity health care , SSB hospital , Bhubaneswar, Vedanta Hospital, Lanjigarh and Sriram hospital at Balasore.

    Trust has on its roll 8 Specialist doctors, 5 medical officers, 45 paramedical staff, 10 visiting consultants including super specialists, and 11 executives looking after administration, HR and finance and accounts. Our 16 field staff comprises of health counselors, camp executives, patients motivators who work in liaison with Anganbadi workers, Asha worker, Sarba Siksha Abhiyan, RBSK in identifying intending beneficiaries. We channelize the charitable attitudes of several medical personnel by inviting them to provide their medical expertise in our health programs.

    Trust has its three ambulance type vehicles to implement the projects.

  • NIRMALA KRUTI BIKASH TRUST(NKBT), a Regd. Public charitable Trust ( 1315/07), ISO  9001:2008(QMS) certified, enjoying exemptions under section 12AA and 80G of Income Tax act.1961 and FCRA. is engaged primarily in providing community  health care services  for the poor and needy people.

  • we have expertise and dedicated team to penetrate remote areas as well as to reach out to locally affected and rehabilitated communities in the industry area to provide health care services and spread “Sakthi Barta” to make them aware of health & sanitation facilities made available by Govt. and industries .

  • Organized 145 health camps since inception (2007) . Restored sight to 1642 cataract affected old people at free of cost. Considering our performance in providing healthcare services Vedanta Aluminum Ltd entrusted us management of their hospital at Lanjigarh . The Trust takes pride in positioning 12 doctors, 45 paramedical staffs besides staff for administration, accounts and HR at Lanjigarh, a remote tribal  area. Enduring many hurdles and hardship, our staff work with determination and devotion in educating the tribal in child care and general health consciousness, Awareness has so spread amongst tribals that those who were hesitant to come to the hospital till the patients condition turns serious are now coming to the hospital in early stages with full confidence and going back satisfied with the good treatment and care provided. This has resulted in making the Lanjigarh Block a Zero malaria causality region.  Our performance in this remote tribal area with naxalite menace prompted Smile Train (USA) to select us to establish and manage a center for the treatment of cleft patients at Vedanta Hospital Lanjigarh.
